Archita Guest House is located in a popular but quiet area of Bari, in the Japigia district, near the popular "Pane e Pomodoro" public beach, the university campus, and near the historic centre, which can be reached on foot with a nice thirty minutes walk along the spectacular Waterfront.
The apartment, located on the second floor accessible by lift, has been recently renovated and consists of 2 large and bright bedrooms, one double and one triple, both with private bathroom and balcony, which can accommodate up to five people.
Furthermore, a fully functional kitchen room is available free of charge for guests, with a hob, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and a large supply of pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, table and chairs, etc ...
In the apartment you will find a familiar atmosphere, but in each of the rooms you will find a whole series of facilities to guarantee you a comfortable stay: clean linen and towels, personal hygiene products, beds with memory foam mattresses, flat screen smart TV (with the possibility of free access to Amazon Prime Video), air conditioning / heat pump system (managed independently), free wi-fi internet, washing machine (available only in the double room), wardrobe, bedside tables with bed lamps, one mirror and a table with chairs, all in addition to a low cost.
The house is well connected to the rest of the city by numerous bus lines whose stop (Via Peucetia) is just 50 meters away, it is also easily accessible by car and it is possible to easily find free parking along the surrounding streets. Nearby there are also two small train stations, which connect the area with all the main tourist resorts of Puglia.
Check-in is allowed from 15:00 to 21:00. If necessary, it is possible to check-in outside the scheduled times, but, for organizational reasons, it is necessary to communicate it at least 24 hours in advance, and it could be done in "self check-in" mode. The "self check-in" can also be done when the arrival time is not communicated in advance, or in case of early/late arrival compared to the communicated time, or in case of unavailability of the owner. In case of "self check-in" you will be given simple instructions in advance to do so.
In case of early arrival it is not guaranteed that the room will be ready, however you can leave your luggage in the building and collect the keys. In any case, it is not allowed leave the luggage before 12.00 (to give previous guests the possibility to check-out peacefully).
Check-out must be carried out by 11 am
