Our offer

Our Guest House offers 2 accommodation options:

1) Double room with balcony with external private bathroom (THE RED ROOM)
The room of approx. 20 m2, it is very bright and has a balcony overlooking a tree-lined avenue. It has air conditioning/heating and is furnished with wooden beds with beech slats and mind-foam mattresses, a wardrobe, table and chairs, bedside tables with lamp, a small bookcase and a smart TV, with free access to Amazon Prime Video, while a table and chairs is available on the balcony
Optionally, the solution with a double bed or two single beds can be adapted, which can accommodate up to two people, but which can also be used for single use.
In the private bathroom, located outside the room, there is a sink, a shower, a bidet, a hairdryer and a washing machine is also available, as well as various products for personal hygiene. and a first aid kit.
Inside the bedroom you will find everything you need: sheets, duvets, pillows, towels, additional blankets, etc...

2) Triple Family room with balcony and private bathroom (THE BLUE ROOM)
The room of approx. 25 m2, it is very bright and has a balcony overlooking a tree-lined avenue. The room has air conditioning/heating and is furnished with extremely comfortable wooden beds with beech slats and mind-foam mattresses, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a table with chairs, two bedside tables with table lamps, and a smart TV, with the possibility of free access to Amazon Prime Video, while a table and chairs is available on the balcony.
The room, which has a double bed (or optionally two single beds), plus an additional bed, can accommodate a maximum of three people.
In the private bathroom, located inside the room, there is a sink, shower, bidet, hairdryer, as well as various products for personal hygiene. and a first aid kit.
Inside the room you will find everything you need: sheets, duvets, pillows, towels, additional blankets, etc...

The kitchen (shared) is equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, as well as a wide range of pans, plates, glasses, cups, wine glasses and a supply of moka coffee, coffee soluble, tea, camomile, powdered chocolate.
In the apartment there is also an armored door, free internet connection in wi-fi mode, iron and ironing board (on request).
